Email is the way to reach us for anything about an order — which model, which skin tone, delivery, or a problem with a piece. We do not take orders or enquiries by telephone, and we do not receive visitors.

Before you write

• About an existing order — include the order number. It is in your confirmation email.
• About a piece that arrived damaged — attach photographs in daylight, without flash, showing the whole piece and the problem area close up.
• About which model to choose — tell us what you need it for: everyday wear, standing to pee, or an erect-form model. Each product page carries the full anatomical dimensions.
• About skin tone — all sixteen shades are on the skin tone chart. There is no matching service in this shop, so the choice is yours and it is final.

What this shop is

ftm.shop is the outlet store of Emisil. Same workshop, same medical-grade silicone, same hand-finishing — but one fixed configuration, made in batches over 10–15 business days, at a lower price. Hair, plastic support rods, internal ridges, softer pour, reinforced areas and shade consultation are not available here; those options exist on the main Emisil store.
