Shipping policy

1. Production time
Pieces sold here are made in batches, which is what allows the lower price. Production takes 10–15 business days before a parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit time is additional.
2. Shipping method and cost
All orders ship by tracked parcel. Shipping is charged as a flat rate based on destination and parcel weight, shown at checkout before you pay. There is no free shipping.
- European Union — typically 5–10 business days in transit
- United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland — typically 6–12 business days
- United States, Canada — typically 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world — typically 10–25 business days
Transit times are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can add time we do not control.
3. Total delivery time
Add production and transit together. For most European orders that is 3–4 weeks from order to doorstep; outside Europe it can be longer. If you need a piece sooner, the main Emisil store makes to order in 1–2 business days.
4. Customs and duties
European Union: no customs duties — free movement within the EU.
Outside the EU: duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the parcel arrives with nothing left to pay. If a customs authority reassesses a shipment differently, we will deal with the difference — write to support@ftm.shop rather than refusing the parcel. A refused parcel costs both of us; an email costs neither.
5. Packaging
Every parcel is plain and unbranded, with nothing on the outside naming the shop or describing the contents.
6. Address accuracy
We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, write to support@ftm.shop the same day — once a parcel is handed to the carrier we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned as undeliverable is reshipped at your cost.
