Terms of service

1. Who you are buying from

ftm.shop, Europe — contact support@ftm.shop. Placing an order means you accept these terms and our Refund policy.

2. Age

You must be 18 or over to order from this site.

3. What you are buying

An anatomical model intended to be worn. It is not a medical device and is not intended to treat, diagnose or prevent anything. It is not intended for insertion into the body.

Pieces are made from medical-grade platinum-cure silicone: hypoallergenic, non-porous and phthalate-free. The grade describes the silicone; it does not make the piece a medical device.

4. One fixed configuration

This shop sells a single configuration per model at a lower price. Hair, alternative rods, internal ridges, softer pour and reinforced areas are not available here, and notes added to an order asking for them cannot be carried out. Those options exist on the main Emisil store.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and in euro otherwise. The final price is the one shown at checkout, where tax is calculated from your shipping address, and duties are added for destinations outside the EU. Payment is by card, PayPal, and the wallets offered at checkout.

6. Production and delivery

Production takes 10–15 business days before shipping. Delivery estimates are the carrier's and are not guaranteed. See the Shipping policy.

7. Care

Use water-based products only — silicone-based and oil-based lubricants damage silicone. Powder the piece, wash gently, dry it fully and store it dry and dark. Avoid chlorinated water. Keep away from children.

If you experience pain, bleeding, irritation or an allergic reaction, stop using the piece and speak to a doctor.

8. Photographs and colour

Product photographs show handmade pieces. Colour on a screen is not a reliable guide to colour in daylight, and each piece is poured by hand.

9. Complaints

Write to support@ftm.shop. Every written complaint receives a reasoned reply within 14 days. Nothing in these terms removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including the right to bring a dispute before the courts of your own country of residence.
